Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a complete list of current medications, any prior imaging studies (MRI, X-rays, CT scans), and completed new patient forms (available above).

Most interventional procedures take 15–30 minutes. Plan for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours total for your appointment including registration, prep, the procedure, and a brief recovery period before discharge.

We accept most major insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid. Coverage varies by plan and procedure. Our billing team will verify your benefits and explain any out-of-pocket costs before treatment begins.

Results vary by procedure and patient. Some patients experience relief within 24–72 hours. Others may take 1–2 weeks to notice improvement. Your physician will set realistic expectations at your consultation.
